- CHOOSE BEVERAGES WISELY
Alcoholic beverages are loaded with empty calories. Alternate between water and alcohol, and sip slowly.
- AVOID GOING TO PARTIES STARVING
To prevent overeating, have a snack 1-3 hours before the party to hold you over until the party.
- STAY PHYSICALLY ACTIVE
Walk in a mall or arena, shovel the snow. Don’t forget to stay active during the holidays, this will help to burn the extra holiday calories.
