Clinic Policy

Office Policy:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete the necessary paperwork (health history forms, etc), so that this time is not taken from your actual treatment time.

Payment is due in full at time of service. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If we do not receive this notice, you will be responsible for the fee of the scheduled visit.

Private Insurance:

Although our office does not deal directly with insurance companies, we do provide official receipts, which may be submitted for reimbursement.
