4 week Series with Sangita Balsara, Yoga Therapist

Meditation is an ancient practice with countless benefits for modern-day living.  It is touted by science and medicine as an invaluable tool for one’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

This Meditation series will help you learn techniques to:

  • Quiet your mind
  • Cultivate mindfulness
  • Reduce stress
  • Feel connected
  • Find more inner peace
  • “Let go” of tensions by connecting with your breath and Inner Self

This Meditation series includes:

  • Mindful movement and gentle yoga to help us “sit” in meditation
  • Breathing techniques to prepare our minds for meditation
  • Guided meditation: 4 different meditations will be learned over the course
  • Contact me directly with any questions as you develop your own home practice

When: Tuesday May 2, 9, 16, 23

 Time: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

 Cost: $100 +HST for all 4 sessions (reserve your spot in advance)

 Yoga and/or Meditation experience is not required
