This workshop will be part discussion and part experiential. We will start by learning about Meditation in the context of the 8 Limbs of Yoga: why we meditate, how to prepare ourselves physically and mentally to meditate and the goal of meditation. We then move right into practicing the concentration techniques that precede Meditation and then flow right into our own personal Meditation practice.
